Impact testing machine

The digital display fully automatic impact testing machine takes advantage of a high-speed load cell to generate analog electrical signals. After magnified by a high-speed amplifier, the analog signals are converted into digital signals with the help of an A/D (analog-to-digital converter), and the digital signals will be processed by a computer. Meanwhile, angular displacement is detected, and it will be processed by the computer as well.
This machine is equipped with load cell, amplifier, and high-speed angular displacement monitoring system. After fast sampling and data processing steps via computer, N-T curve and J-T curve will be displayed. Meanwhile, data storage, report printing and other functions are all available, and it can instantaneously detect and record characteristic curves when materials are under impact.
In addition, by changing pendulum bob and sample seat, simply supported beam and cantilever beam are both applicable.
High pressure hydraulic test bench

This machine is mainly used to carry out hydraulic test for accumulators that will be put on the market to check if the tightness meets relevant standard, and the maximum working pressure of this test bench could reach up to 60Mpa.
Brinell hardness tester

As the name implies, the TH600 Brinell hardness tester is used to determine Brinell hardness of different kinds of materials, such as cast iron, nonferrous metal, non-quenched steel, etc. So, it is very easy to check whether the shell’s strength is acceptable, and the most outstanding property of this tester is its high precision.
Tensile testing machine

This tensile testing machine fits for a number of tests, such as tensioning, compressing, bending, shearing, peeling, tearing, piercing, bursting and more. So, it can detect and analyze the mechanical and processing properties of accumulator shell, and the tests could be conducted in accordance with many standards, including GB16491, GB13022, GB/T1040, GB/T1041, GB/T 8804, GB/T9341, GB/T9647, GB/T17200, GB/T528-1998, GB/T1039, ISO7500-1, ISO5893, ASTM D638, ASTM D695, ASTM D790, etc.
On the other hand, this machine is able to analyze test data and draw corresponding curves, and it can also print a complete test report, offering great help for the production process.
Impact specimen notch projector

The CST-50 impact specimen notch projector is a professional optical instrument that is designed to precisely detect the machining quality of V-shaped or U-shaped notch of impact specimen.
The processed specimen notch is amplified for 50 times and projected onto the observation screen, and then a comparison is carried out between this specimen and the standard drawing board that is inscribed on the observation screen. Thus, it is very convenient to check if the notch is qualified. Furthermore, the comparison is directly visible, and the operation is simple but highly efficient.
Tensile machine for rubber

This device could detect several parameters of rubber, including tensile strength, tear strength, peel strength, elongation at break, etc.
There is a large-displacement extensometer that is used to measure changes of length of an object, and it fits for detecting mechanical properties of materials with large deformation.
This tensile machine is one of the most important devices for rubber production process, and it is responsible for formula improvement, raw material inspection as well as rubber quality control.
Curemeter

The CL-2000E rotorless curemeter takes advantage of an imported temperature controller to accurately control the temperature, and a computer could process data at the same time, including statistics, analysis, storage, comparison and other functions.
This product could precisely measure scorch time, cure time, vulcanization index, minimum/maximum torque and other technical parameters, offering great reference for us to improve product quality.
Analytical balance

The analytical balance could reveal weight of an object in different units, such as milligram, gram, kilogram, ounce, pound, carat and other user-defined units.
The digital processing technique is applied to help with data reading process when only a small amount of material is added, and it greatly improves the response speed to trace measuring without leading to fluctuation of readings. As a result, the readings will be extremely sensitive, and this is very important to improve test precision.
In addition, the weigh below hook allows density determination and other special calculations.
